A Delhi court has postponed the hearing of the bail pleas of the five individuals indicted in the 2G spectrum allocation case, until the charges are framed by October 18, 2011.
Those accused whose bail petitions have been deferred are former Minister of Telecommunications and IT?s private secretary, RK Chandolia; Swan Telecom promoter Shahid Usman Balwa; Kusegaon Fruits and Vegetables directors Asif Balwa and Rajeev Aggarwal and Cineyug Films director Karim Morani.
Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) judge OP Saini said that the charges may be framed on October 15, 2011.
