The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Kaspersky for collaboration in the cybersecurity space.

Kaspersky and CERT-In will jointly work towards mitigating a variety of sophisticated cyber threats. Under the partnership, Kaspersky will share relevant technical information, threat intelligence and data feeds with CERT-In in order to enhance information security in India.

According to the two parties, the MoU will facilitate cooperation for detection of newest cyber threats that may adversely have an effect on the knowledge property and privacy of the overall customers within the nation and to plan acceptable safety measures to allow such customers to secure their systems.
