CDMA-based mobile subscriber base has grown by 1.2 million connections in January 2006

The CDMA-based mobile subscriber base has grown by 1.2 million connections in January 2006, of which Reliance Infocomm captured a share of 800,000, taking its subscriber base to 13.8 million.

Tata Teleservices added 380,000 users last month, which resulted in its net subscribers crossing the 4 million mark.
