Competition Commission of India (CCI) has granted approval for the Brookfield’s proposed acquisition of 100 per cent of the share capital of ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited.
This acquisition will be executed through Data Infrastructure Trust and includes several interconnected transactions.
