CBI willfully neglected to file TRAI’s documents pertaining to the 2G spectrum case: Raja

Former Minister of Telecommunications and IT, A. Raja has said that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) willfully did not file on record the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India?s (TRAI) documents pertaining to the 2G spectrum allocation case.

He added that he did not violate norms regarding roaming facilities, as these existed before he took over as Minister of Telecommunications and IT.

Also, he emphasised that his actions with regard to roaming facilities were as per TRAI guidelines.
