California-based Roamware , a global mobile operator service solutions provider has acquired IPcom S.A.

Uruguay-based IPcom S.A is a leading provider of value added services solutions. It has a strong footprint in Latin America and provides value added services solutions to operators in about 18 countries in the region. IPcom?s product portfolio includes operations support systems and business support systems, roaming, messaging, location based solutions, big data analytics, mobile finance and mobile virtual network operator solutions.
