BTVL’s board approves the merger of its subsidiaries – Satcom Broadband Equipment and Bharti Broadband – with BTVL

BTVL’s board has approved the merger of its subsidiaries ??Satcom Broadband Equipment Limited (SBEL) and Bharti Broadband Limited (BBL) ?? with BTVL. BBL (formerly Comsat Max) is the wholly owned subsidiary of SBEL (formerly CMax Infocomm).

SBEL is a subsidiary of BTVL. The board has also approved a proposal for merger of its subsidiary Bharti Hexacom, which provides cellular services in the northeast telecom circle, with the company.
