Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the All-India Manufacturers Organisation (AIMO).
The agreement aims to foster collaboration on research and innovation projects to advance the telecom sector. Both organisations will work together to create and implement capacity-building programs and skill-training initiatives for the youth across the country.
The MoU also includes mentorship opportunities for startups looking to enter the telecom industry. Furthermore, BSNL will facilitate apprenticeships for students through AIMO, which will issue joint certificates upon successful completion of the training. AIMO is tasked with securing funding through industry, small and medium-sized enterprises, or relevant ministries and will assist students in finding placements after their training.
