Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has reportedly collaborated with ACES India to boost mobile network coverage across the underground sections of the Kanpur Metro.
As part of the partnership, ACES India has developed and deployed an in-building solution (IBS) system aimed at improving BSNL’s connectivity within the underground metro stations and tunnels.
What makes this deployment significant for the region is the fact that it is the first metro project in Uttar Pradesh to offer comprehensive underground mobile connectivity.
