Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched ‘BSNL Chatbot’ service on WhatsApp to streamline its customer service. The chatbot allows BSNL customers to book a new connection, pay landline/fibre-to-the-home bills online, view and download invoices and check usage, register complaints and check their status, change an existing plan and review transaction history.

The customers can raise their queries on WhatsApp by sending a message to their number.
