Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has initiated a special recruitment drive for employing junior telecom officers in the `person with disabilities? category. With this, it plans to fill close to 213 vacancies in different streams such as telecom, civil and electrical.
Speaking on this initiative, Gopal Das, chairman and managing director said, ?BSNL has always been an equal opportunity employer and has recruited employees from across various social strata. Women and persons with disabilities also are treated at par in BSNL.?
The recruitment will be through an open competitive examination.
