The Bharat functions on the Java operating system and has a 3 inch screen. It supports dual SIM cards and comes preloaded with various e-governance applications for the users.
In addition, the smartphone packs in 64 MB of RAM and 64 MB of internal storage and offers a 1.3 megapixel camera.
