Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced the My BSNL App for smartphones functioning on the Android- and Windows-based operating systems.
The application enables post-paid customers to pay their bills and prepaid users avail of recharge offers through their mobile phones. The My BSNL App also enables customers to check their outstanding bill, get payment receipts, view payment history and check their balance. Users can make payments through net banking, debit and credit cards.
