BSNL is planning to bid for a telecom licence in Tunisia, along with Telecommunications Consultants of India Limited, in order to enter the African telecom market.

BSNL is planning to bid for a telecom licence in Tunisia, along with Telecommunications Consultants of India Limited, in order to enter the African telecom market. The licence will be valid for 15 years and will allow the operator to offer fixed line, 2G and 3G services. The minimum bid price is expected to be as low as $10 million.
