BSNL has tied up with handset manufacturer Beetel to launch low-priced handsets in Uttar Pradesh. BSNL and Beetel will jointly launch mobile bundled offers worth Rs 1,043 and Rs 1,695 in the state. The offer would include free talktime worth Rs 1,500.
