Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is developing an artificial intelligence (AI)-based system designed to automatically detect and resolve network issues without manual intervention. The initiative is aimed at improving service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction.
To support this effort, dedicated crack teams have been deployed across all telecom circles to monitor network performance and address user grievances proactively.
Further, BSNL noted that while it may take time to fine-tune the network for optimal security and performance, the current 4G speeds already surpass those of many competitors. The company is also undertaking a major infrastructure upgrade, including the installation of
1,00,000 additional mobile towers, and is exploring alternative technologies to further strengthen its network.
