Brocade has appointed Hadi Nahari as vice-president (VP) and security chief technology officer (CTO). In this role, he will drive Brocade’s product security strategy and innovation. He will also be responsible for the company’s architecture and portfolio and for building its security ecosystem. Prior to joining Brocade, he was chief security architect, mobile and software platforms, NVIDIA. In the past, he has worked as principal security architect at PayPal and has also been associated with companies like MontaVista Software, Motorola and NetScape. In addition, he has worked with the US government. He holds 13 patents – 11 in the US and two in the European Union.
