British Telecom is looking to invest $558,418 for setting up a new security operations centre in India to cater to the Asia-Pacific region. The centre will provide security device management services including firewalls, intrusion detection devices and Blue Coat proxy devices used for securing networked IT environments. The company will hire about 30 people to focus on its customers in the Asia-Pacific region and other global customers.
