Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has been empanelled as a 5G fixed wireless access (FWA) system integrator for Andhra Pradesh and at the National level to deliver advanced 5G internet leased line (ILL) services.
As per the communication issued by the office of the chief general manager (CGM), Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Andhra Pradesh circle, dated August 20, 2025, Blue Cloud has been officially designated as a National level system integrator for establishing and maintaining customer private networks within the BSNL Andhra Pradesh telecom circle. The empanelment will remain valid for five years, from August 8, 2025, to August 7, 2030, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the expression of interest (EOI) for empanelment.
Further, under the agreement, Blue Cloud will design, supply, deploy, operate, and maintain the required 5G radio access network (RAN), core network, edge equipment, and customer premises equipment (CPE). The company will also install and commission the equipment and actively promote 5G FWA services among enterprise customers.
Additionally, BSNL will provide space, power, and infrastructure at its tower sites, along with backhaul internet protocol (IP) connectivity, spectrum, and ILL bandwidth at its existing premises. It will also handle billing and payment collection from customers, with all services marketed under the BSNL brand name.
