Bill Keitel, executive vice-president and the chief financial officer, Qualcomm will resign from the company on March 11, 2013.
However, Keitel will continue to serve as a special advisor to Paul Jacobs, chief executive officer, Qualcomm during 2013.
George S. Davis, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, applied materials, Qualcomm will take over from Keitel.
