Bharti Infratel has reported a net profit of Rs 2.77 billion for the second quarter ended September 30, 2013 witnessing a growth of 12 per cent over the corresponding period in 2012.
The company?s revenue increased from Rs 25.56 billion in the second quarter of 2012 to Rs 26.84 billion in the corresponding quarter in 2013. Further, for the period under review, Bharti Infratel?s operating profits witnessed a growth of 13 per cent and stood at Rs 10.76 billion.
For the quarter under review, the telecom tower company?s total tower base stood at 82,476 with an average tenancy ratio of 1.93 per cent.
