Bharti Infratel has extended the deadline of its merger with Indus Towers by over two months till end of August 2020.
With regard to this, the company’s Board of Directors recently met to discuss the status of the merger.
During the meeting, it was noted that since the conditions precedent to be fulfilled for the merger could not be completed by June 24, 2020, the company decided to extend the deadline till August 31, 2020.
The final decision to implement the scheme will be taken by the Board keeping in mind the best interest of the company and its stakeholders.
