Bharti Airtel’s subsidiary Bharti Hexacom’s initial public offering (IPO) has received 1.12 times subscription on the second day of bidding. The IPO worth Rs 42.75 billion will close on April 5, 2024.

According to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) data, the initial share sale of Bharti Hexacom received bids for 4,62,41,546 shares against 4,12,50,000 shares on offer.

The category for non-institutional investors received 1.71 times subscription, while the portion for retail individual investors (RIIs) got subscribed 1.15 times and the quota for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) got subscribed 82 per cent.

Prior to this, the company had garnered just over Rs 19 billion from the anchor round. Marquee anchor investors, who participated in the anchor book include Capital Group, Fidelity Funds, ADIA, and Morgan Stanley, among others.
