Bharti Hexacom has announced its audited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter ended (QE) and full year ended March 31, 2025.

The company posted over 70.5 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit for the March quarter to Rs 5.13 billion. Meanwhile, the total revenue for the QE March stood at Rs 22.89 billion, up 22.5 per cent over the corresponding period a year earlier.

In addition, mobile services revenues grew 22 per cent YoY, led by tariff repair, strong smartphone customer additions and premiumisation efforts. Average revenue per user (ARPU) for the quarter stood at Rs 242 as compared to Rs 204 in Q4 of the financial year 2023-24 (FY24).

For the quarter, Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) stood at Rs 12.20 billion, registering a 33.5 per cent YoY increase from Rs 9.14 billion in the corresponding period.

For the full year ended March 31, 2024, the net income (after exceptional items) came in at Rs 14.94 billion, which was 196.1 per cent higher than Rs 5.04 billion in the previous fiscal year. Meanwhile, revenues stood at Rs 85.48 billion for the entire FY24, up 20.6 per cent on a comparable basis, from Rs 70.89 billion. Further, EBITDA, grew by 25.3 per cent, reaching Rs 43.72 billion, from Rs 34.90 billion in the last fiscal year.

According to the company, it rolled out 162 towers in the quarter to further strengthen its network coverage and provide seamless connectivity. Additionally, it rolled out 793 towers in last 12 months to expand coverage and connectivity in rural as well as urban areas. Further, homes and office business delivered a revenue growth of 29.6 per cent YoY as a result of company’s strategy to rapidly expand cities under coverage and deepening presence in cities and towns. Meanwhile, on a YoY basis, its customer base grew 3.4 per cent.
