Bharti Enterprises has announced the appointment of Sarvjit Singh Dhillon as group CFO with effect from January 1, 2012.
He will take over from Manik Jhangiani, who will be completing his contractual term in January 2012. Dhillon has been with Bharti for 14 years and has successfully held a number of senior management positions across the group, including CFO, Bharti Airtel, and contributed in corporate, operational, project and financial roles.
In his new role as group CFO, he would work in close coordination with the business CEOs, CFOs and the corporate functional heads across the group.
He will report to Sunil Bharti Mittal, chairman and group CEO, Bharti.
