Bharti Airtel plans to launch digital TV services on mobile phones, offering subscribers live content from over 150 channels on the go.
The service launch is aimed at increasing data consumption on the operator?s network and boost revenues. Bharti Airtel plans to launch a free application, Pocket TV on Google Play on Apple Store.
The service will be targeted at existing Bharti Airtel digital television subscribers and will be priced at Rs 60 per month.
