Bharti Airtel has sent a compliance report to the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) stating that it has upgraded its networks to allow monitoring of messages sent through BlackBerry smartphones, a Dow Jones Newswires report said. So far, Tata Teleservices Limited and Bharti Airtel are the only operators to have sent letters of compliance.
