Bharti Airtel’s business-to-business service arm has entered into a partnership with France-based Orange Business Services. Through this agreement, the company plans to offer video conferencing facility for its customers. This will allow Airtel Managed Video Conference customers to collaborate with Orange customers and vice-versa both in domestic and international locations.
According to Orange, this is its first B2B deal in India in the video conferencing space. While there are many free web-based video conferencing solutions available in the market, the large multinational companies prefer to use dedicated audio-video conferencing facility for their business needs.
Orange Business Services is present in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific, Australasia, North America, Latin America and Russia. The company has a global enterprise customer base of 236 million subscribers.
