Bharti Airtel has launched 4G services in Nagpur. The operator is already offering these services in Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata and several cities in Punjab.
Airtel?s subscribers in Nagpur will be able to avail of 4G services on Airtel 4G dongles and Wi-Fi customer premise equipments (CPE). The dongles are priced at Rs 1,500 while the CPE is priced at Rs 2,500. A special plan of Rs 2,000 (for CPEs), has also been introduced by the company for heavy data users. The plan offers 40 GB of 4G data usage.
Further, the operator has installed special demo zones and kiosks in select Airtel Store at Nagpur to introduce its customers to 4G and its high speed internet capability. The stores that have this facility are situated in Sadar, Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Laxmi Nagar, Khamla Square, Nandanvan, and Dharampeth.
