Bharti Airtel has signed an MoU with IT major IBM to enhance integration of all its consumers. In March 2004, Airtel and IBM had signed a major deal worth $250-$275 million to outsource Bharti’s hardware, software and IT requirements to IBM for five years. This included billing, customer relationship management and data warehousing.
