Bharti Airtel has acquired 1.11 per cent stake (2.78 million equity shares) in Bharti Hexacom, a subsidiary company, from the Kuwait-based Mobile Telecommunications Company.

Bharti Airtel has acquired 1.11 per cent stake (2.78 million equity shares) in Bharti Hexacom, a subsidiary company, from the Kuwait-based Mobile Telecommunications Company. With this acquisition, Bharti Airtel’s shareholding in Bharti Hexacom has increased from 68.89 per cent to 70 per cent.
