Bharti Airtel has reportedly divested its stake in Seynse Technologies. This included 6,824 equity shares which have been divested for an undisclosed cash amount.
The stake was held through Bharti Airtel’s wholly-owned subsidiary Nettle Infrastructure Investments Limited.
Seynse is a financial technology company that has created digital lending platform called Loan Singh platform. The platform aims at making credit easily accessible to millions of creditworthy yet under-served Indians. Annual turnover of Seynse as on March 31, 2020 stood at Rs 6.25 million.
