Bharti Airtel has completed the allotment of 199,870,006 new equity shares, representing 5 per cent equity stake in the company, to Qatar Foundation Endowment, say news reports.
The equity shares, with a face value of Rs 5 each, have been issued at a price of Rs 340 for a total consideration of Rs 67.96 billion.
