Bharti Airtel has bought a 1.11 per cent stake (2.78 million equity shares) in Bharti Hexacom ??a subsidiary company – ??from Kuwait-based Mobile Telecommunications Company. This acquisition takes its shareholding in Bharti Hexacom from 68.89 per cent to 70 per cent.
