Bharti Airtel has appointed Ambareesh Mandelia as head of merger and acquisition (M&A) and business development.
Mandelia is a chartered accountant and has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, strategy, and corporate development.
Mandelia was heading corporate health and wellness business unit at Tata Img along with corporate strategy in his last assignment.
He has also managed multiple portfolios as part of Tata Sons chairman’s office and worked in investment banking teams of various multinational banks such as Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Nomura and Lehman Brothers.
