Bharti airtel has appointed new chief executive officers for its broadband/data and DTH/media services verticals. Both these verticals are part of the consumer business group that spearheads the overall strategy for the business- to-consumer segment.
Bharti airtel announces two new CEOs for the consumer business group
Rajiv Rajgopal has been appointed the CEO of broadband/data. Prior to this, he spearheaded the integration of the Tamil Nadu and Kerala circles, in addition to leading this circle.
Shashi Arora is the CEO of airtel?s DTH/ media services vertical. Prior to this, he was heading the mobile business in airtel?s Delhi and Upper North circles.
In their new roles, both Rajgopal and Arora will report to K. Srinivas, president, consumer business, Bharti airtel.
