Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched 3G services in the Kerala circle. The operator has a provision for 0.265 million 3G lines in the circle including 37,758 lines in Kozhikode and its suburbs, and 1,469 lines in Kalpetta. The state-owned operator plans to invest Rs 6.5 billion for rolling out 3G services in this circle and for upgrading its 2G service network.
