Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched 3G services in Chennai and Itanagar. To begin with, BSNL is offering a monitoring service from remote locations through a network attached storage recording solution, among other services.
In Chennai, the company has announced a special offer under which subscribers can make local audio and video calls at Re 0.30 per minute, while for national calls the charge will be Re 0.50 per minute.
