BenQ Corporation has secured an order for 3 million code division multiple access (CDMA) handsets from Japan’s Kyocera Wireless Corporation. BenQ is scheduled to start delivery in the second half of the year. It is the first such order, on an original design manufacture basis, from Kyocera to any outsourcing partner.
