In continuation of the 2G case, Rajender Singh Meena, deputy officer of Mumbai’s Registrar of Companies (RoC) appeared before a Delhi Court as a witness, say news reports.
Meena has reportedly informed the Court that Shahid Balwa, promoter of Swan Telecom, had signed various documents in the capacity of director of Sidharatha Consultancy Services. This company is allegedly an associate firm of Reliance Telecom Limited (RTL).
Meena added that Balwa served as the company?s director, as per its balance sheet in 2008. Further, during the hearing, Meena reportedly identified various documents of RTL as well.
