B Kasiviswanathan assumed the charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of ITI Limited w.e.f. January 20, 2021.
He has around three decades of professional experience in diverse fields like rolling stock maintenance, project management, system study and optimization, material management, finance & costing, human resource management etc.
Prior to taking over the present assignment at ITI Limited, he has served as Chairman, Railway Recruitment Board, Bangalore for more than five years.
He is a gold medalist in mechanical engineering from Govt. College of Technology, Coimbatore. He started his career with Bharat Electronics Limited followed by Indian Ordinance Factories Services before joining Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME).
