
Avaya has reported a decline of 6 per cent in its revenues for the fourth quarter of 2013. For the period under review, the company?s revenue stood at $1.2 billion. However, the company?s operating income increased from 76 million in the fourth quarter of 2012 to $113 million in the corresponding quarter in 2013.
For the fourth quarter of 2013, Avaya?s product and global services revenue stood at $617 million and $583 million witnessing a decline of 5.4 per cent and 6.7 per cent respectively over the corresponding quarter in 2012.
During the quarter under review, the US and Europe and the Middle East and Africa accounted for 55 per cent and 26 per cent of the company?s total revenues. The Asia Pacific region and Americas International accounted for the rest of the revenue share of 9 per cent and 10 per cent, respectively.
