Avaya Holdings has appointed Sanjay Pai as regional sales director for the India market. He will be reporting to Vishal Agrawal, managing director, Avaya, India and SAARC. In this role, he will be responsible for leading the northern and eastern markets of the company. In the past, Pai has held leadership positions in organisations such as Genesys and Alcatel Lucent Enterprise. This is his second stint with Avaya; earlier, from 2005 to 2006, he was associated with Avaya Australia as solutions lead, service provider division.
