Apple’s second store in India has been opened in Saket, Delhi. The store was inaugurated by Tim Cook, chief executive officer, Apple, and Deidre O’Brien, senior vice president, Apple.

This comes right after an Apple store opening in the Jio World Drive mall in Mumbai, Apple BKC. The store has curved shape front and is well stocked with white oak tables and a feature wall manufactured in India. There is also an Apple Pickup station which will make it easier for customers to order online and collect the device from the store at any convenient time.

Both the Indian stores will together hire 170 people. They will also have a feature called ‘Genius Bar’ where the customers can go get help with everything from setting up device, recovering Apple ID, selecting their AppleCare plan or modifying subscriptions. There will be daily sessions held where artists and creators will share tips and tricks for using Apple products for creating art.
