Apple has appointed Kevin Lynch as the vice-president, technology.
He will be reporting to Bob Mansfield, senior vice-president, Apple. Prior to joining Apple, Lynch was working as the chief technology officer with Adobe System.
In the past, Lynch has also been associated with Macromedia (which was acquired by Adobe in 2005) and General Magic.
