The government has appointed Ansuli Arya, principal secretary, science and technology de­part­ment, Bihar, as the administrator of the Universal Service Obligation [USO] Fund. She replaces Sanjay Kumar Singh. The appointment has been cleared by the Appointments Com­mit­tee of the Cabinet (ACC). Arya is a 1989 batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre. She was recently empanelled for holding an additional secretary post with the central government.
