Anant Raj Limited said its subsidiary, Anant Raj Cloud, has entered into a partnership with full-stack artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure provider Submer to develop fully operational, AI-ready data centres across India. In a regulatory filing, the company said the collaboration will support rapid deployment of high-density, energy-efficient computing platforms tailored for sovereign and enterprise AI workloads at scale.
The company said the partnership will bring advanced liquid-cooling technology from Spain and integrate it with India’s strong infrastructure base and operational capabilities.
With existing campuses in Manesar and Panchkula in Haryana, Anant Raj said it is expanding beyond conventional colocation and cloud offerings into utility-grade AI infrastructure designed to support high-density, graphics processing units (GPU)-intensive workloads.
Further, the announcement comes against the backdrop of the union budget 2026-27, which has laid a strong foundation for the AI data centre and semiconductor ecosystem. These measures are expected to significantly accelerate global cloud and AI data centre investments in India.
