Alcatel-Lucent has reached an agreement with Netherlands-based optic fibre cable manufacturer Draka Holding to sell its 49.9 per cent share in Draka Comteq against a cash purchase price of 209 mil lion euro.

Alcatel-Lucent has reached an agreement with Netherlands-based optic fibre cable manufacturer Draka Holding to sell its 49.9 per cent share in Draka Comteq against a cash purchase price of 209 million euro. Draka Holding NV will thereafter assume full ownership of Draka Comteq.
