Airties, a French artificial intelligence (AI)-driven telecom software company, has acquired Indian startup Aprecomm to expand internationally, grow its internet service provider (ISP) and broadband customer base, and strengthen its research and development capabilities. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Aprecomm, founded in 2016 and headquartered in Bengaluru, provides self-healing Wi-Fi and broadband network solutions for ISPs. Under the terms of the agreement, Aprecomm will operate as a subsidiary of Airties following the close of the transaction, while continuing to serve its existing customers and the markets in which it operates.
