Airtel VoWi-Fi calling service now available on six additional smartphones

Bharti Airtel has reportedly announced six more smartphones that are now compatible with its voice over Wi-Fi (VoWi-Fi) calling service.

These smartphones are- Samsung S10, S10+, S10e, M20, and OnePlus 6 and 6T. As per Airtel, users of these phones can now configure Airtel’s Wi-Fi calling, and use VoWi-Fi inside their homes or offices.

Earlier the service was available for all Apple iPhone models starting 6s and above, Xiaomi Redmi K20, Redmi K20 Pro and POCO F1, Samsung J6, A10s, On6, and all OnePlus 7 devices.

At present, the service is available in Delhi/NCR. Airtel is planning to expand this service across all major Indian cities over the coming days. The operator has said that there will be no extra charge for making calls via Airtel Wi-Fi calling.
